What are your opening hours?
We open from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday's we open from 11 am to 5pm.
Do you charge for delivery?
This very much depends on where you need us to send the item and what the item is. We would encourage all customers to contact the store for a more detailed quote.
How long would I expect to have to wait for a delivery?
If we have the item on stock we will pack and send out the item the next day. If we are having to order in then this may take longer dependent on whether our supplier has stock or not. We will always do our very best to deliver to you within timescales which suit you if we can and keep you up to date with how you are order is progressing.
Can I reserve an item I’ve seen on the website and pick up in store?
Absolutely! You will need to ring us on 01683 221676 or send us an email with your details and we will be happy to put the item aside for you!
is Moffat easy to get to?

From the south: Take the M6 heading for Carlisle then the A74(M) to Glasgow/Edinburgh. Exit at Junction 15 for Beattock/Moffat.
From Glasgow: Take the M8 heading to Edinburgh then follow the M74 and A74(M) to Dumfries and Galloway. Take exit 15 from the A74(M) and follow the signs to Moffat town centre.
From Edinburgh: Either follow A702 and A74(M) to Dumfries and Galloway, then take exit 15 from the A74(M) and follow the signs to Moffat town centre or Follow the A701 Scenic Route from Edinburgh to Moffat.
Can I park near your shop?
There is ample parking on Moffat High street that benefits from little restrictions other than space. Moffat is a vibrant town that attracts tourists year round and most parking on the high street is on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved. If you need assistance to visit our shop or if you are visiting us using a larger vehicle, such as a van, give us a ring on 01683 221676 and we will be happy to provide you with additional advice.
